I am Thankful

Have you tried to experience in your life that nobody understand you? No one who cares about your feelings? That you cant even say what inside your heart because you feel that you cant fight for it.

Yes, being ignore by someone you care is one reason that I felt sad.  But, instead I complain I make myself calm and talk with Him. Why I need to experience this from them? maybe because God has something great to give but I need patience to wait.

Being ignore, it not a reason to stop your life there. You need to continue your life and be marry of what the life brings you.  Because if you are serious in every details in your life...then everything will be complicated...mabuang gyud ka..hahahaha....

Thank you my God for comforting my heart. Thank you for covering my heart a reason why I can't feel that I was hurt. Thank you Lord for your presence because you hold my hand and say:

Isaiah 41:10  'Do not fear, for I am with you; Do not anxiously look about you, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, surely I will help you, Surely I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.'

My Industrious Son

Train up a child in the way he should go; and when he is old he will not depart from it. [Proverbs 22:6]

It was true that sometimes, to have a little boy will cause you headache maybe because of  their being innocent.  In reality kids know only how to play, sleep, eat and cry. 

I honesty say that sometimes, I used my hands to discipline my son for being stubborn, although it made me hurt.  I believed then, that being a good disciplinarian should result to a good one. After that, I talked and explained with him why I need to do that, because I love him and I do asked also sorry because I made him hurt.

That simply no excused, because as parents, we know that it was hard to discipline.  We are only doing our part for them to be good.  I have a lot of things I learned from my son.  It was a testing of my patience, that sometimes, I can't resist.  He sometimes make me pissed but afterwards, we both relief of what we felt.  Yet, what I can say is, I am not a parent, if I did not experience this from my kids. 

That's when the time my son cant control his self for being nonsense.


One day, when he wanted to go with me early in the morning in our shop.  He offered himself to cleaned around.  He looked the bamboo and dust pan and he started to clean outside the shop.  Then after that He look again the soft (walis) and then started to sweep the floor, then dusted the tables and computers.

I felt happy while seeing him doing those stuff.  I took some pictures of his different activities.

He said: "Mom the floor is dusty!"

 I answered: "Ok son, I leave it to you."

He was enjoying what he was doing...

Temptation in my Life

The desire of every human is made up much of complication. The reason why every individual seize the menace and recognize the outcome that conceded the wrong pathway, is our lowly wrong choices. 

Our choices sometimes suffered us because of every design of temptation around the world, the serious decision that hard to defy because we value our own desire. Because of our disobedient we ended to the pinnacle judgment as we crave to something to make us satisfy and happy. It is hard to understand that sometimes we as a human take the wrong path and mistakenly made things to carry the said burden in our life.

Dealing the life in this earth is not easy to resist. Any decision that we could done depended for the situation that could bring to us by our tomorrow. Occasionally, we are facing the unpredicted trial that bring us to our failures and pains. These lead us to disappear from good to bad creature.

In this situation God tested our free will, faith and fidelity. 1Peter1:7: That the trial of your faith, being much more precious than of gold that perisheth, though it betried with fire, might be found unto praise and honour and glory at the appearing of Jesus Christ.

Human beings are not perfect in dealing this kind of condition. Temptation rather is also needed. For us to open our mind and understand what is behind it during we encountered ourselves to be tempted. This is how I understand the word temptation when I was facing the difficulties to recover from anxieties and accepted the temptation in my life. What I know before was,  I need it this moment and expecting that grabbing this enticement will makes me better and renew everything and no more sorrows to experience. But it was not too easy, because when I was in this kind of situation the dilemma begun in my heart.

Being a separated woman, I thought getting a relationship to other man is one way to defy my agony and pains that I possessed. But it made me trigger and decided to escape from the situation which add my emptiness. This emptiness became the burden of my daily life and again I found out myself to felt in love to another man which I know it was wrong. I can’t resist myself to love that someone and I gave myself a chance to took the temptation in my life. But still I am falling and back again in the same dilemma.

Life changed everyday; this is the cycle of our life, passing, dropping and leaving. But from these cycles we got some lessons that made us understand what life all about.

Realizing this kind of situation made me different. Especially my personality and the way I handled my life. Those temptation that I grabbed once became the path to become closed to Him who dear me to become a good one. He headed me to a path which He knows where I belong. He dearly said unto my heart that making a decision in our life is a toughed one unless you ask Him to help you. Base in my experienced and every angle of circumstances in my daily life the good relationship with God was established.

Now, I enjoyed the life He promised. This only once in my life and if ever temptation come again, I know He is there to help me and resist the temptation because He cares for me.  Yet, I am not perfect and never be perfect..I know loving someone is one that I cant resist..God knows, so help me God.

Reflection of our Sin

The existence of a human being is a wonderful gift which values the so called LIFE. Life that enables us to determine in this world, how to  live naturally in our FAITH for His great creation, as HE offered it to us. Genesis 1:27-28 “So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them. And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth. 

God designed us as an extremely significant creation from His own image and likeness. He gives us the power over those creatures he had molded on this globe. But, the essence of God’s creation acquired Him a total disappointment because of the restlessness of every being and that means us. These caused the barrier of the relation between Man and God to wither. The cause why every generation would not be satisfied enough of what they have, though they often boast about it, because of PRIDE and DISCONTENT.

 

 

Genesis 3:4-5 “And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die: For God doth know that in the day ye earth thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil.” The sins that made us to depart from this wonderful Garden of Love. Genesis 3:23-25 “ Therefore the Lord God sent him forth from the garden of Eden, to till the ground form which he was taken. So he drove out the man; and he placed at the east of the garden of Eden Cherubims, and a flaming sword which turned every way, to keep the way of the tree of life.

Now, we propel the life after doing each desirable matter which caused us to depart from the love of God. And lead ourselves in our own dingy way of unrighteousness and conviction. The path which opens the door of insignificant choices. The choice which made Him shed a thousand tears like the pouring drops of rain of which every human being ought to not feel. His heartaches from His cavernous heart is of the least significant to us. The ocean flows of his teardrops when He feels the pain because of our obdurateness, until His wrath equipped us through the roaring thunderstorm and the heavy lightning from the mourning sky which carves death.

Look at our frenzied world! The reality which enables us to depart from His love. The love that we can't enjoy because of these hindrance which is produced by our sins. This some times makes it difficult for us to be a PERFECT HUMAN. Since, we were sinners; Romans 2:12, 3:10 "For as many as have sinned without law shall also perish without law; and as many as have sinned in the law shall be judged by the law'; As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one."

How depressing that our beloved Creator gained only nothing from his CREATION. Why are we, being special to Him, busted His great plans for us? We continue to bruise His heart which carved a mark in it- that matter mostly reflects the agony made by us.

I miss my Blog

How I miss my homepage!! Yes, it took a long time that I did not visited "A Maiden's Testimony."  I miss writing.  But sometimes, in our life we need priorities.  We have another world beside of this blogosphere.  We need to give attention to ourselves. Because it is hard that someday we realized that we are behind in reality of life.

Well, I have no regret to forget first my blogosphere community.  Because I learned to handle my time without any rush, I learned to choose, I learned to let go, I learned to forget, I learned to remember, I learned to forgive. All such things helps me a lot how to deal every aspect of life.  

I cant deny that I hardly understand the life I am facing before.  The road that I take still blurry, but I tried to open my eyes. I tried to open and let my eyes to see around.  Maybe this can help her and found out that the one she met could help her to find the wonderful path she aimed.  

Well, that's for today.  I hope i can have time to write again here.

Alone but...

Being alone keeps me to fight all things comes the road that I walk through. In every moment that I stumbled, I thought I was alone, because when I looked around, there was no one with me. No...no..and no one who tried to get my hand, because I am alone.... As I continued to walk on the rough way, I did not notice that I was walking in a path which leads me to the life that I never expected. I continue my journey, I never noticed that there was lot of things comes and then gone. While walking alone, the direction that I taken that I know is a good one, in my direction is not all good, because this good direction also make me  stumble. My journey never stopped there. I had , those now in tried to find a fine road to walk in. Then, I tried to look around if somebody was there who ...One time, when I was in the center of the road, I observed that not all way was rough, I tried to go in that direction which I felt more comfortable. Then, I started to think positively, I bow my head and pray.  I know God never leave me alone, He leads me in His ways.

The existence of language by lolliipii (daughter)

The existence of language is essential to mankind for it serves as a medium of communication and, a source of survival for the majority. In the Philippines, both the Filipino and English language are used as media of instruction in public and private schools, government agencies and, local and national corporations, among others. The English language has played a substantial role in the lives of the Filipinos, but its partial abandonment would not cost us that much.

Our dependence to English proficiency might actually be the cause of our country’s underdevelopment- and that is more expensive than not being an expert in the English language. Majority of our countrymen advocates the use of English as an exclusive medium of instruction in our local schools, which serves as an advantage to schooled Filipinos. But let us take a closer look at our neighboring country, Thailand- whose people are not as adept as Filipinos in terms of speaking in English. They may seem uncompetitive in call-center English but Thailand had surpassed the Philippines in every area of development. The locals of Thailand are not known English speakers yet they are better at promoting their country’s tourism than us, Filipinos. Moreover, they don’t need to send tens of thousands of their countrymen in a foreign country to keep their economy stable.

Do you know why Philippines is still located at the bottom of the hierarchy? It’s because we don’t understand one another. Perhaps the 1987 Bilingual Policy in Education has its drawbacks. The said policy aims to improve the use of Filipino and English by teaching and using both languages in all levels as media of instruction. However, we neither cultivated nor promoted, to its maximum level, the use of both languages. In fact, the continuing pre dominance of English for teaching has produced a labor force that is barely literate in English or Filipino, and that this constitutes mediocrity in the workplace. It is not anymore a surprise that foreign investors set their production facilities in other countries that may have poorer English skills than we do but, by far, surpass us with technological developments and labor productivity. Furthermore, it confuses me how our Philippine presidents, and our government, expect to gather the entire nation to work towards unity when they are speaking in a foreign language that only an educated elite can fully decipher when majority of the Filipinos are not that familiar with the language. We cannot work towards unity when we don’t know what the other party is saying. I am not saying that the use and practice of the English language must be abolished because I, as a student, still acknowledge its importance. But what is more significant than the ability to speak the English language or communicate with foreigners is our capacity to innovate and grasp abstract ideas, and the ability to unite towards common goals. These qualities can be acquired more efficiently and effectively if it is taught in a language that everyone can naturally understand- like the language a person grew up with. As our former President Joseph Estrada, with his carabao English, once reminded us that the Japanese and many other developed nations have the difficulty in speaking the English language but that was never a hindrance to their development. The Japanese built their economies on the ability to make things that other nations want- to spark new ideas, invent products, and develop systems to manufacture them, rather than serving foreigners. The Philippines’ educational system need to teach the students more than a foreign language- they must teach them how to think critically.
