Saturday Saved-The Best for Last #12

Receiving small things from you're love one is worth keeping. Every occasion, either mother's day or birthday, my daughter lollii a.k.a Vyne, surprised and bought something special for me.

The most expensive and valuable that I received from my daughter that I kept in my heart and I treasured most, is the book that she bought from her allowance she kept. Lollii is my lovely and sweet daughter that I love most. She is a reason of my love, happiness, sacrifice, strength, hope and a reason why I become a responsible MOM (cheers!!).

Anyways, I would like to share one of my favorite inspirational words from the book she bought, entitled "Hugs and Thanks and Lots of Love... for You, MOM", written by different authors.

You are someone who has always been my inspiration.. a precious person I will always be so grateful for.. someone whose wise words have guided me through so much.

You are an angel who touches my heart more deeply than anyone else.. and an encouraging soul who lifts me up on the strenght of her belief in me and on the wings of what she sees in me.

You are a hand holder who always shows me the right way to go... a warm shoulder who has dried every tear and who chases so many fears away.. and the mirror in which I can see reflected all the good things about me.

You are a bridge builder who helps me rise above just about anything... and a teacher whose lessons are with me, in some meaningful way, every day.

You are a weaver of hopes and dreams who has connected my past with the present and who is so good at picking out the best colors for tomorrow's tapestry... a nurturing spirit who has helped me plant the seeds for a more abundant life.

wednesdays-what-its-all-about #2 SAtellite Registration in Barangay Olympog

We started our schedule of Satellite Registration in 26 Barangay of General Santos City last 29th of June 2009. A reason why we have no rest days and we need to report every Saturdays and Holidays. I joined the Satellite Registration each Saturdays and Holidays only. And it is necessary for us to stay from 5:00 to 9:00 in the barangay for extension of service if the barangay official request for overtime services. This depends to the volume of registrant we served.

Anyways, the gesture offered by the Barangay Captain of Barangay Olympog unto us is highly appreciated, he welcomed us and given us a good accommodation by serving us a luscious food and great snacks for the whole day.

After the last day of our Barangay Registration, the Barangay Captain brought us in Sitio Balakayo to see the hidden scenery of their place. A place where you can see the beauty of General Santos City, this place still under construction. Maybe, five years from now, this place will attract foreigners as one of a great tourist pot of General Santos City and to witness and experience the heavenly gesture of this environment. This is the great experience that we can’t forget, all the weariness and drowsiness we haunted that time was lighten because of good scenery that we experience in Barangay Olympog.

Of course, the day is not complete without this pictures to share.

Monday Money Matters #2 How do I survived?

Hard life is one of the cause why I pursue myself to accept any kind of work one of a time, in order to survive from our needs and save something for the future.

I got an stagnant future when I decided to get married in my early stage. I focused my life in my family and small business, I gave all my time and attention in this matter which I didn't expect the dilemma's I encountered. A phenomena in life which giving an opportunity to see a true freedom that I obtain in my life, now.

After two years of life adjustment of being a mother and father of my daughter, I decided to enrolled in the school for a night class. I know that my commission that I recieved every weekends is not enough for our daily needs, I find ways to add my source of income.

I accepted my client and friend offer to be their Bookkeeper. I also accept housekeeping and Wedding Coordinator at the same time.

Well, it is so hard to handle my time, but good thing as I survived from this kind of life.

Maybe this figures below will given you some ideas, how do I budget my salary in different activities that I have in the year 2003-2004.

Bookeeping - P1,200.00
Housekeeping - 1,500.00
Catering Services - 1,200.00 (minimum)
Encoding(Commission) - 2,500.00

Total Income per month-P6,400.00

The above amount is not enough for my studies that I am planning in the year 2004. I am desperate to pursue my plan, but God is good, I know He heard my mourn while I am praying. My friend introduced unto me the City Election Officer of Comelec (Bottom Line). I applied and submit my resume, and He hired me as his secretary. When I started to received my salary for the amount of P5,082.00 I still continue my part-time jobs.Then I recieved a compensation, to wit:

One month Salary - P5,082.00
Total part-time income 6,400.00
----------------------------
Total P11,482.00
Less my 1semester school pay (8,000.00)
-----------------------------
Total Amount P 3,482.00

Hmmmmm......of course, I still save something for rainy days. Congratulations to me..."hahahahhaha" At last at the year 2007, I graduated as an Information Technology at STI, of General Santos City. Hope this would be one of a guide for anyone who experience hardship in life. Don't lost hope, be strong to meet your goal in life. Be positive in everything, be a good fighter and learn from your experience.

Saturday SAved-The Best for Last # 11

I saved this Saturday for Windy known as Windmill on the Hill. Through Lainy of Lainy's Musings I met him, since then, we became friends, and I considered him as my big brother.

I am truly grateful for his help when my daughter's blog was hacked and for offering my daughter a new domain in wordpress. Lollii and I was mesmerized by the new layout which was filled with cute, pink flowers. You can go visit it at iam-loved.com.

Lollii was truly excited to post but due to the fluctuating connection here in our area and her hectic schedule at school, her writable ideas are ought for pending. She was definitely glad because there's someone like her Uncle Windy to lend her a hand. My daughter, lollii, told me that her blogs url was inspired by those people around her who showed her deep appreciation and affinity though life may throw raging and annihilative phenomena at her. That is how, iam-loved was born...

Again, to you Windy, We are grateful for giving us an opportunity to be our friend. You're one of a kind Windy, a person who offer his unconditional help towards us. Thank you and God bless always.

Wednesday's! What it's all about (you gotta know) #2

Election time is approaching. Politician is starting to divulge to the public what position they are running. They are now making different strategies and techniques in order to win. Some are using old and new tricks in order to seize the attention of the mass. And some are ready to kill for the position in order to win. This kind of scenario is common every time we conducting the elections here in our country.

On November 20, 2009 (FRI) to November 30, 2009 (MON) is a Filing of certificates of candidacy for all elective positions. (Sec. 13, RA 9369).

Now, it is time to use our right to choose the best leader that could bring our country from a graveyard. Let them know that we vote not of their fame and deceiving promises, we vote for a good leader who has concern to all Filipinos and to our country.

Anyways, pictures below are my souvenir together with the candidates of General Santos City who filed their candidacy, during the last 2007 Elections and some pictures during the Candidates Manifesto. They are already judged by the GENERALS and they will be critic again by the GENERALS through voting for these coming 2010 Elections if they will run again for any position.
